This training is 100% authentic to YOU and your goals. You will have an hour with one of our coaches, completely focusing on you and tailoring a program made just for you. If you have a flexible schedule, specific goals, injury or you’re looking for sport-specific training this is a great option!
Small Group Training
Our small group training is offered to groups of 2-5 people. If a large class is intimidating or you simply want to have a good workout with a friend/family member/significant other, this is a great option for you. These workouts are tailored to your individual needs and goals, but in a small group setting.
At CrossFit Blue Moon we also offer 30min mobility or skill sessions. If you’re looking to hone in on a skill that you really want to conquer, or have an injury or mobility issue that you would like to address, this is a great option.
